The Odyssey
Every great leader embarks on a journey with the question, “How can I bring value here?” But what if the destination isn’t just a market share or a profit margin? What if it took us past authority, liberating us from hierarchy? What if it’s something deeper—like thriving teams, regenerative impact (not just sustaining but improving), and a lasting legacy?
To navigate these uncharted waters, we need the right ships: stewardship, partnership, relationship, mentorship, and more. Together, they form the fleet that carries us into the future. The EMERGE pilot program invites you to set sail on this journey—a 10-day transformation designed for 10 C-suite leaders, and 20 youth, ready to go beyond business as usual.
Below is a ten-minute mindfulness exercise designed by Michael Bernard Beckwith, who leads the Agape community and will take you on a journey of awareness that will prepare you to lead from a “Center that is everywhere, and a circumference that is nowhere.”
The Vessel
To choose our adventure, we need a lexicon that will allow us to build one of the several types of ships in our fleet that can transport us.
The EMERGE program invites 10 C-suite executives to embark on a partnership journey alongside the next generation. Each executive is matched with two young leaders, creating a support-challenge triad. Together, they explore transformative leadership through the following SHIPS:
Stewardship: Caring for resources, people, and the planet. Leaders in EMERGE act as stewards of not only their organization’s values but also the impact they wish to have on society. How can leaders act as stewards of their organization’s values and impact?
Partnership: Building alliances that go beyond transactions, aiming for shared goals and trust. In the EMERGE program, executives and youth participants work side by side to learn from one another and co-create solutions. How can we build alliances that multiply impact?
Mentorship: Sharing wisdom and uplifting the next generation. This support-challenge triad ensures that executives mentor youth while also being inspired by their fresh perspectives. In what ways can we be mentors to others and support emerging leaders?
Relationship: Authentic connections are the foundation of effective leadership. The EMERGE experience focuses on building relationships that are grounded in empathy, trust, and mutual growth. What kind of connections do we foster in our communities and work?
Fellowship: Building a sense of belonging and shared purpose among peers. Fellowship in EMERGE encourages executives and youth to collaborate in tackling challenges, creating a sense of community. What communities and causes unite us, and how do we cultivate that unity?
The Compass
Before we set out on this adventure, we must find instruments that guide transformative leadership—devices for navigation, communication, and operation, guiding the journey with purpose and accuracy.
These qualities are the hallmark of bringing out the best in others by seeing their whole selves, not just their parts, and also to take their place in the greater picture as not separate but interconnected. We have designed an AI tool for this, which you can access below. These are the six instruments we use.
Clarity: Clear vision is crucial to navigate the complexities of leadership.
Integrity: Uphold values that ensure actions are in alignment with your purpose.
Vulnerability: Show strength in being open, enabling trust and deeper connection.
Authenticity: Lead with your true self, building genuine relationships.
Trustability: Be reliable and consistent, encouraging others to trust you.
Empathicity: Understand and value the experiences of others, enabling their growth and fostering inclusion.
The Passage
EMERGE program's holistic framework is inspired by nature’s emergent principles—how seemingly independent parts come together to create something greater than themselves. From murmuration, swarms, and mycelium networks to cells and stars, we see that nature operates through principles of:
Interconnectedness: Every part affects the whole, and true leadership understands the ripple effects of decisions.
Collaboration over Competition: Just as mycelium networks share resources for the survival of all, leadership today must foster environments of collaboration and shared success.
Resilience through Diversity: Swarms and cells demonstrate that diversity strengthens systems, allowing them to adapt and thrive in changing conditions.
In EMERGE, C-suite leaders are challenged to embody these principles—augmenting AI and collective intelligence to understand the complexity of both the parts and the whole in the systems they lead. The AI-driven tools within the program help leaders finally grasp the intricate dynamics of people, relationships, and the planetary ecosystem.
The Horizon
The direction of the EMERGE initiative is to elevate both people and the planet—to create leaders who regenerate, rather than deplete, the world around them. By embodying emergent principles and working in triads with the next generation, leaders learn to leave communities, teams, and ecosystems better than they found them.

This pilot program takes 10 C-suite leaders, and 20 youth through a transformative 10-day experience, where they are paired with young leaders to explore what it means to lead regeneratively in today’s complex world.
Support-Challenge Triad: Each executive is partnered with two youth participants, forming a triad that supports each other through growth and challenges merging disciplines, and generations.
Holistic Framework: The journey includes knowledge sharing (Gnosis), collaboration (Symbiosis), and impactful action (Apotheosis) all through the lens of Biomimicry and Systems Innovation.
AI as our Collective Intelligence Ally: Using AI tools, leaders can harness the power of complexity, leveraging it as social, natural, and human capital.
