At Under One Sky, we believe in a world where insight and impact flow freely, creating pathways toward a regenerative future. For over a decade, we have collaborated with incredible organizations and individuals to turn dreams of sustainability, growth, and transformative leadership into real-world action.
From curating dynamic projects for Young Global Leaders in partnership with the World Economic Forum, The Young President’s Organization, Entrepreneur’s Organization, Accenture and EY to reimagine philanthropy, while also supporting local scale-ups, and individual innovative projects with regenerative systems engineers like Smarthoods and consulting on sustainable transport with Foodlogica, to curating regenerative leadership communities like the IMAGINE Leaders at the University of Oxford, and The Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) our reach extends from start-ups to some of the most inspiring change-makers of our time.
Our open-source community took part of two evolutionary experiments that set the tone for our foundational approach. The UN Food Systems Summit and Thought For Foods Game Changers Lab led us to support American University to land one of the biggest grants in history from The National Science Foundation to Multi-Scale Recipes and extend into network science, systems thinking, information communication technology (ICTs), media ecology and systems thinking with companies like Dialog Group, Panarchy and Monks (fka Media Monks).
We’ve worked with The Hunger Foundation, helping prepare strategies for breakthroughs that address hunger, and co-designed learning modules for the EU Commission’s ERASMUS+ youth programs for experiential, place-based learning.

1. The Power of Our Impact
Our Process: From Fragmented Solutions to Amalgamated Impact
As Albert Einstein once said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” At Under One Sky, we work from a higher perspective, building regenerative solutions that rise above old paradigms. Our approach is guided by a three-step framework rooted in timeless principles of wisdom, collaboration, and elevated impact:
Collective Intelligence (Gnosis): From the Greek gnosis, meaning “to know,” we begin by offering deep insights, open-source resources, and knowledge-sharing. We employ some of the best in artificial intelligence, network science and systems innovation to take a holistic approach that sets us up to move beyond established solutions into adaptable, resilient, resourceful, and emergent approaches. This foundational step equips our community to understand complex issues, igniting informed action and empowering transformation.
Radical Collaboration (Symbiosis): Derived from the Greek symbiosis, or “living together,” this phase focuses on forming mutually beneficial relationships. By connecting individuals, organizations, and ideas, we foster collaborations that amplify impact by finding places where similar solutions can combine funding, orchestration, and amplification to reduce redundancies in the solutions space and replicate and scale together as one avoiding duplication of results that happen in a competitive environment—as seen in our work with the UN Food Systems Summit, EU Commission, the Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum, and The Hunger Project.
Elevated Innovation (Apotheosis): From the Greek apotheosis, meaning “to raise to a godlike stature,” our final step focuses on amplifying the impact and legacy of each project. We use metrics and simulations that start from the place of possibility we want to arrive at and design our approach from the apex of what is achievable. We also use diversity and inclusion so that we are aware of design flaws, or blindspots in our solutions architecture. Our work day in and day out is to elevate initiatives beyond their initial scope, creating enduring change that continues to inspire and influence.
